Placing/Screening Tenants
Getting and keeping rental units occupied is always a top priority. We constantly advertise available units to keep occupancy rates high. To ensure quality tenants, we screen each applicant’s criminal, credit, employment, and rental history.
Repair/Maintenance
We are readily available to make sure repair/maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. We use preferred vendors who give us special high volume discount rates to save our clients money. Keeping tenants happy by making sure needed repairs are taken care of promptly is one of the most important keys to success in the rental business.
Eviction /Collections
The process to evict any non-paying tenant begins right on the 5th day of each month regardless of tenant circumstance. We serve 5 day notices to all tenants who have not paid rent by the 5th.
Accounting/Online Statements
Monthly reports are uploaded and stored securely on our website for our clients to access at anytime 24/7. These monthly financial reports give details about total rental income and expenses. Invoices for any property-related expenses are also attached to each of the reports.
