We understand that managing an association means that we touch the lives and finances of communities and families. Over our twenty years of managing common ownership communities, we have refined our ability to address each community’s individual requirements within the parameters of association management standards.
We recognize the unique character of your community. At Metropolis, we believe that your community is more than its physical structure. It is the foundation which allows your families, friends and neighbors to determine and, hopefully, achieve their dreams.
It is said that success occurs from the convergence of three factors: an idea, practical experience, and resources. Under Metropolis’ Cooperative Management Philosophy, we nurture the spark of your ideas with our twenty years’ of community management experience and the skills of our team supported by the data captured by our RFA system. Realizing your goals for your Association should be an exciting and fulfilling activity. Each completed goal should ignite the community’s spirit and ensure that the Board of Directors sees their volunteer efforts succeed.
Metropolis offers a broad range of services designed to meet the needs of our communities. Using our full-spectrum approach, Metropolis marries technology with creative solutions to meet the challenges facing our clients.
Using an innovative approach to problem solving, we have integrated the RFA system for our clients. Metropolis is the only Management Company who has the Request For Action Tracking System (c). Our unique, proprietary management software allows for the tracking of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, downloads, recordings of phone calls or text translation and really, any other forms of communication, including photos. In fact, we can even attach video or voice documentation!
And, once an action is assigned an RFA, or Request for Action, it’s easy to keep track of its status by both the Management Agent and the Board of Directors. If you have ever felt like you are spending more time managing the actions of the Management Agent than the community, the Request for Action Tracking System (c) just might be something to check out! I’ve already attached an RFA to this email – so that all communications between us will be automatically sent to my smart phone, and all documents will be immediately downloaded.
**Small properties, under 15 units, can budget $500.00 for basic services.
