    Please note your credit card will changed for your first months leads. Monthly charges will not exceed the monthly payment max you select. Charges are based off of a fee of $50.00 for each quote request submitted by a Property Owner. Should you not receive your total number of leads in a given month your credit card will be refunded $50.00 for each lead not delivered.

    Quote requests will be sent to the email address you provide in the field named “Quote Request Contact Email”.

    If additional leads are submitted to your company, after you have already received your maximum number of emails in a given month you will be given the opportunity to purchase additional leads for that month. Should you not wish to purchase additional leads, the lead will be shared with another company that fits the location and services criteria.

    Cancellation You can cancel the MGMT BOSS service at any time. Cancellations must be submitted to info@mgmtboss.com with Cancellation and your Company Name in the subject line. All cancellations will be effective at the completion of the current month.
