Genesis Real Estate & Management opened its doors in 2010. We specialize in Property Management of Single Family Long term rental homes in the Tucson and surrounding areas. We have a knowledgeable staff with three Real Estate Brokers and two licensed realtors all with extensive experience to handle your rental investment needs! Additionally if needed we can market and list homes for sale, represent current and future investors on purchases and we have a Associate Broker that specializes in land purchases and listings with over 34 years of experience. Everyone currently employed by Genesis Real Estate is a Licensed Realtor in the sate of AZ. It is important to us that all the homes we manage to be clean and move in ready for our tenants. A clean home means a happy tenant and often it is much easier to get rented out quickly! We can assist our clients with getting homes cleaned, painted or even renovated if necessary by getting estimates from different professional vendors that we use. We are very different from other property management companies in Tucson AZ. We run our management service as a partnership. We all get an equal share in the success of managing our clients properties. We feel it is more important to build a close relationship with our clients and offer superior service over being the largest property management company in town. We understand how important communication is to build a good relationship with our clients.

Our fees cover the following services:
- All Advertising for the property
- Professional Pictures with a wide angle lens!
- We show all of our rentals to prospective tenants. We don’t just hand keys out like some of our competitors!
- Complete Tenant Screening required on all our tenants through Credit check, criminal background check, previous rental history, employment verification and identity verification.
- Property inspections performed move-in and again prior to renewal. Additional inspections if property exterior not being kept up.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the property as specified in your property maintenance plan.
- Service of all notices and evictions.
- Notices for late payments on rents.
- Notices to comply or vacate.
- Preparation, filing and serving of Unlawful Detainer.
- Owner and Realtor Walk-through notices.
- Monthly Income and Expense Statements uploaded into Propertyware owner portals! We Disburse check at bank or ACH direct deposit of Rental Earnings into owners accounts for them.
- Year-End and 1099 Statements for tax purposes.
- Propertyware Professional website and management software.
- Owner and Tenant Account Log In Portals via Propertyware
- Tenants can pay pent online through our website and request service repairs.
- All owner or Tenant contracts available in pdf format via email.
- Geotrust 256 bit security to protect our clients private information.
