Thanks for considering Peake Management to handle your property management needs. Our primary mission is to have happy clients and tenants and we work hard towards that goal every single day. How do we accomplish that?
First, EXPERIENCE: The company was originally founded in 1982 and we’ve been growing every since. We have learned from our successes.
Second, TECHNOLOGY: We use all the latest technology from our phone system, inspection iPads and a robust property management software program that allows you to manage all of your transactions online. Online statements, digital copies of all your documents, online payments, automatic ACH processing. It’s easy to stay in touch. It’s also easy to hire us with all our online resources!
Third, SPECIALIZATION & STABILITY: You’re not dealing with an assistant. Your primary contact will always be your senior property manager. The average time our managers have worked with Peake is over 12 years. Unless territories change, our goal is that you have the same manager the whole time you’re working with us. They’ll really KNOW your property and you.
Fourth, PARTNERING WITH EXPERTS: We do a very good job for our clients, but there’s always room for improvement and business is always evolving. Analyzing our marketing services showed we needed deeper online resources and more comprehensive training than a small company can provide. In 2016, all of our agents moved to Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Premier. We’re co-located in the new Falls Church office. While we still maintain control of your property and process the applications, the quality of the listings dramatically improved and that led to properties renting more quickly. That’s the goal! It’s been a super partnership.
Fifth, 24 HOUR MAINTENANCE LINE: The tenants love that they have the option to call in a maintenance request any hour of the day and they get a live person on the line. They also have the option to submit an online repair request.
Sixth, SOUND BUSINESS PRACTICES: Property management is hands-on. We do inspections, review repairs, monthly reconciliations, do an excellent job qualifying tenants and following up. Almost every reputable company does a good job in the day-to-day work. We just strive to be a little better and a little happier while doing it.
