- Careful selection of Tenants, using professional screening techniques including credit, income, employment and our own experience.
- Prepare all leases, addendums, renewals and all other documents necessary to meet VRLTA guidelines.
- Move In and Move Out Inspection with checklist and pictures completed with tenant.
- All rents are collected on a monthly basis by the 5th day of each month. Timely payment is recorded and supervised by the property manager.
- Fully computerized and detailed monthly statements to all owners accounting for all income and disbursements.
- Coordinate and dispense all repair work to quality contractors. Work in close connection with all contractors for quality control and efficient follow through. For repairs, monies are deducted from the owner’s account. For any repairs exceeding the client’s specified limit, the client will be notified to receive authorization.
